Rocío sale del baño llorando, desesperada y tapándose la cara con las manos, de pronto Elsa y Beatriz entran apuradas. Rocío se destapa la cara y la levanta, Beatriz y Elsa se miran impresionadas, ya que Rocío tiene bastante desfigurado el rostro.
Juan Miguel, angustiado, le trata de explicar las cosas a Marichuy. Ella, molesta, le reclama por haberle ocultado la verdad. Juan Miguel le ruega. Marichy le pide a que no lo haga, aclara que ellos ya cortaron para siempre, y para él está muerta.
Marichuy quiere salirse, Juan Miguel intenta detenerla, pero el Padre Anselmo lo detiene del brazo, ella lo ve con odio y sale del lugar.
Israel llega al hospital a visitar a Rocío, Estefanía sale y le da la noticia sobre cómo se encuentra Rocío, de pronto él decide confesarle lo que siente, dice que está enamorado de ella. Estefanía se ríe a carcajadas, burlona y cruel.
